New forum theme and policy

The default vBulletin theme was getting pretty boring, that is why we have decided to purchase and modify a new skin for our forums. While there are still a few tweaks to be made, the work is almost done. We hope to have integrated our forums better with the website of Clanhost with this new skin.

Due to our growing international customer base we have decided to change the main language on our forums from Dutch to English. This means that all our announcement will be posted in English only from now on. You are free however to start a thread in both languages throughout the forums. Conversations must continue in the chosen language of the topic starter.
