Earlier this week Snakeservers.net has announced to cease their activities as a game server provider. This company started around the same time Clanhost was founded; over five years ago. Clanhost and Snakeservers.net have come to an agreement with regard to the transfer of customers to Clanhost.
If you are currently a customer of Snakeservers.net you can switch to Clanhost with some great advantages. This deal is only available if you switch to Clanhost, not if you switch to other game server providers.. The following advantages and terms are applicable.
Advantages:
- You will get a 15% discount on your entire order. This is permanent and will last as long as you are a customer of Clanhost.
- Your current installation at Snakeservers.net can be transferred to Clanhost. You will not lose any of your settings, or custom maps that you might have uploaded.
Terms:
- Clanhost is not taking over Snakeservers.net. We have only made an arrangement for the transfer of game server installations from Snakeservers.net to Clanhost along with a significant discount at Clanhost.
- You will become a new customer of Clanhost. This means that our agreement, general terms and conditions and pricing are used, not those of Snakeservers.net.
- The IP address of your game server will change. Unfortunately we cannot move IP addresses. These are allocated to a specific network. We have our own IP range at ProServe.
- This is an offer, not a mandatory switch to Clanhost. You can choose to simply cancel your agreement with Snakeservers.net and go to another provider. But only at Clanhost you can benefit from the transfer of your old game server installation.
Order:
If you want to make use of this offer, simply place an order on our website for the services you wish to rent. At step 5 of the order process you can place a comment. Please mention that you are currently a customer of Snakeservers.net and provide us with the all the information we require. Be sure to mention:
- The IP addresses and port numbers of the game servers you have Snakeservers.net.
- If possible, a customer or order number that you have at Snakeservers.net.
