Clanhost introduces new website and prices

After 9 months of intensive development we are proud to finally introduce our new website. In addition to our new website we have also launched a new control panel for our administration. Furthermore, partially due to additional automation of our administration and growth of the past three years, we have been able to lower our prices significantly.
Website
With our new site we hope to provide our visitors with a better understanding of the services that we provide. Last year we started expanding our product range to include colocation services and dedicated servers. These services are now listed on our new website. The most important part of our new site is the fully automated order system. The new order system is linked to our administration system; this enables us to process orders much faster than before.
Administration system
With the introduction of our new website we have also launched our new administration system. All of our current customers have received an e-mail with instructions to gain access to the control panel. You can use the control panel to view the details of all orders you have placed with us. You can also view a list of the invoices we have sent to you in the past.
From now on it is only possible to request termination of your order(s) trough our new control panel. This process is now fully automated. The end date of your agreement with Clanhost is automatically calculated. Over the past few months we have had our share of problems with regard to our financial administration. We are confident that these problems now belong in the past.
Included in our new administration system is a control panel for managing Ventrilo voice servers. At this time we are already working on additional features for managing Clanhost products and services using our new administration system. In the upcoming months we will release regular updates to further improve our customer service.
Lower prices
Due to extensive automation of our administration, we have been able to lower the prices of our game servers significantly. The prices of our private game servers have been lowered with almost 30%. Special introduction offer
To celebrate the introduction of our new website we have decided to sponsor 30 (12 slots) Ventrilo servers! You will have to meet several requirements in order to receive a free Ventrilo voice server. Please use our new order system to submit your request. All you have to do is order a regular Ventrilo server. You can ignore the listed price and please state that this is an application for the introduction offer at step 5.
We will provide you with a free Ventrilo voice server for a period of three months. After this period your order will be automatically terminated and we will take the Ventrilo server offline. There are two ways to keep your Ventrilo server. First, you can order a game server with us; your Ventrilo server will remain free of charge. Second, you can pay the normal price of € 0,35 per slot per month (without 19% VAT).
To apply you will have to meet the following requirements.
- Only clans can apply.
- The clan has to exist for at least 2 months and must consist of at least 5 members.
- The clan must have an IRC channel.
- The IRC channel must have at least 12 chatters at all times.
- You will have to give us permission to place a bot in your IRC channel.
- If the clan has a website the logo of Clanhost must be displayed on the site.
